These aromatherapy heat packs are filled with lupins (generally retain heat longer than wheat) and made with 100% cotton “Blue Natives” print, hand made in the beautiful Yarra Valley.
Directions: Put in the microwave for 1 minute then for 30 seconds each time until you reach your desired heat. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes. Do not heat if there is moisture in the heat pack. Let your heat pack dry naturally. These heat packs can also be used as cold packs, ensure that you put your Lupin pack in a snap lock bag before putting in the freezer to use as a cold pack. We do not recommend using this Lupin pack for both cold and heat, try to use only with one or the other.
